Project Overview
For this peninsula style kitchen we were able to give the space a face lift by removing and replacing cabinets, countertops, and backsplash tile.
In conjunction with replacing these features of the kitchen the client chose to also upgrade an undermount cast iron sink, stainless steel smart faucet, as well as the disposal and refrigerator.

Some of the additional upgrades included new peninsula light fixtures, new paint throughout, and a bar top at the kitchen service window.
Here is our most recent kitchen renovation. We took this closed off floor plan from a house built in 1921 and opened it up to give it a warm yet open and communal living feel. We added additional cabinetry, upgraded fixtures, installed solid surface countertops, converted lighting to all LED, including under cabinet light strips. The client is pleased to entertain guests with this open concept that ties the kitchen into the dining and living areas. In this particular basement, which happens to be one of our current projects, we have a humber of features and amenities to accommodate this family’s lifestyle.
There will be an office designated for one of the rooms as well as a gym and a theatre. The theatre room is being built as an oversized bedroom to add re-sale value. You will notice sound insulation installed throughout. This will provide less disturbance for the person upstairs entertaining guests while another member of the family is downstairs entertaining themselves with a movie in the theatre room.
