Project Overview
On this 675 square foot addition we were able to provide an additional bedroom, bathroom, and relocate the laundry room to the back of this cozy house located in Englewood, CO.
The owner was looking to maximize the additional space efficiently while not taking up to much space in his beautiful backyard.
We were able to do this by vaulting the roof trusses to increase the overall ceiling height throughout.
More Information
Adding an additional bedroom & bath not only increased the living space but also the property value for our client nearly doubling his property value.
Some of the amenities included a wall mount vanity, custom shower, and sola tube skylight among multiple exterior windows to allow an abundance of natural light.

In this particular basement, which happens to be one of our current projects, we have a humber of features and amenities to accommodate this family’s lifestyle.
There will be an office designated for one of the rooms as well as a gym and a theatre. The theatre room is being built as an oversized bedroom to add re-sale value. You will notice sound insulation installed throughout. This will provide less disturbance for the person upstairs entertaining guests while another member of the family is downstairs entertaining themselves with a movie in the theatre room.
